CNN’s Pick of the Top Electric Scooters Part 1

Author: CNN recently did a report on what they thought were the best electric scooters on the market. They did not
put any emphasis as to why they chose these eight e-scooters or what order from top to bottom these electric powered scooters would be placed. I think the reason why these bikes were in no particular order is because they are so different in size, power, shape and usage, that there was really no reason to try to say which one was better than the other.
The electric scooter in the image is the Go-Ped ESR-750. This is a great electric scooter for a teen ager or adult that wants to grab some speed and hit the street. This is a very sophisticated electric scooter with a highly advanced programmable electric controller. This electric scooter also comes with a mode switch which helps it push you twice as far twice as fast.
The battery pack on this electric scooter is no slouch either. It carries four 12 volt sealed lead acid batteries and the scooter itself has an on board smart-charger so that you can quickly plug into any 110v or 220v outlet

Hey,
You have to remember that these stats are hyper inflated by the company so that the can sell more. I’m sure it’s a powerful scooter, but that power comes with a price, usually the distance involved.
I sell the Go-Ped scooters (only electric models) and I have to say it is a really good product. Go-Ped scooters are definitly not cheap in price, howerver being in the industry, I can say you definitly get what you pay for. We experimented with other cheaper priced brands and had nothing but problems. There is something to be said for an American made product that is built like a tank. There’s nothing cheap about Go-Ped. My favorite model is the ESR750 H. You can pay more for the Li ion battery, but I am very happy with the Lead Acid
